Fall swept in quickly this year! With it comes changing leaves, a serene freshness to the air, and longer hikes. This is truly THE time to be in Red River Gorge Kentucky and, if you've never visited we recommend making this year your first.
Camping in the fall is incredibly saught-after for a lot of reasons, but some of our favorites are:

Crisp air, less sweat
Views for miles. With fewer leaves, the valleys open up panoramically (is that a word?)
Evening campfires, deep conversations, and great company

Will you come alone/with a partner for some solitude, bring your friends, and retire to your own private tents in the evening, or bring your family and all stay together for a classic campout vibe?
What fall camping food and drink will you bring? We love our stews and baked potatoes over here, but a fall grill out is never gonna miss! There are also SO many cozy drink options: hot cocoa, tea, hot toddies, mulled wine, and apple cider.
What activities are you gonna participate in? We try to make it easy if you don’t want to leave the property and have 50 acres of natural features and trails to explore on-site as well as a super fun net, woven between trees that’s super fun to bounce on or stargaze in. Off-site, there are countless options like kayaking, ziplining, rock-climbing, hiking, and even mini-golf!
Most importantly, what will you get out of this time away? We find that when we take the time to get into nature and disconnect from our phones / the bustle of everyday life, we come back home feeling different. More relaxed, even-tempered, and excited about life. Put simply, we feel rejuvenated (which, when broken down, means to feel young again: re - juven).
When you're ready to retreat in comfort, we're ready to offer you a unique vacation experience that's unlike anything you've ever done! Our cabins + tents have been set up specifically to make the outdoors comfortable, approachable, and fully rejuvenating while still allowing you to feel like you're camping.
The tents are fully set up with electricity, easy access to water, and heaters! They're all close to our huge (and private) bathhouse, offering individual bathrooms so you don't have to shower in a stall right next to someone and have all the space you need to get ready for the day, rinse off after a hike, or take a breather from the kids for a moment. The cabins are outfitted with bathrooms and kitchens inside and are just as beautifully decorated to offer you a cozy experience on our private 50 acres!
